Milestone reached!

That's right, the little guy rolled over last night for the first time. The sitter told me he was getting close, but that his arm was in the way. When we got home, I put him on the blanket, and sure enough, he was getting all the way over on his side, and turning his head, but not quite making it. I had the video camera on him for about 20 minutes, waiting for the magic to happen, and encouraging him to "go! go! roll!!" (I'm sure he thought I was nuts). After a while, I just decided he'd do it on his own schedule, and ran downstairs to put a load of laundry in the washer. Sure 'nuff, when I got back, he was on his tummy!! And he wasn't fussing, like he normally is on his tummy. Maybe because he was on his tummy BY CHOICE. Anyhoo, we missed it. I did vow to leave the videocamera sitting out, so I can grab it when he's doing something cute, which, dang it, is pretty much all the time.

We (Bacchus and I) survived the weekend with Drew being in New Orleans. Drew survived too, albeit with sore kidneys. But that's a story for another blog.

That's all for now!
